Go to any shopping centre, go into any electronic/IT store that sells any sort of Display or portable dvd player. Maybe even audio/mp3 players. Chances are Wonder girls' Nobody being repeated over n over n over again. And I do mean EVERY shopping centre. Courts, Harvey Norman, Best Denki, Challengers....etc. Pls prove me wrong and find me 1 that doesn't play it.

The worst place to be in is Simlim Sq. At least these shopping centres will only have 1 or 2 of such Electronics/IT store. Imagine Simlim where every other shop is playing it...

I was at a coffeeshop at ang mo kio and they consecutively played like 4-5 different concert version of the song.... duhz.

I do pity the girls though because that is all they do n sing! Imagine 1 performance would take like probably 3-4 times rehearsal and plus the actual 1. Now times that amount by probably 1000 and the initial practices session and the mtv recording. and is not like they do it differently for every concert/performance. Every one of them is the exact replica of the others.

I can imagine them singing and slp dancing to that song..... ohmigod. is seriously FML. i forsee some taiwan band (SHE!) doing a cover soon

As a kid I nv really like distant relatives/family friends to visit, because that would mean that I have to crawl down to Econ Minimart to buy drinks and change out of my PJs to something presentable.

I have a close non-close friend who recently had such problem when her Da Yi Ma came to visit.

Except that instead of a trip to Econ minimart, it was a trip to Watson's

Here's my observation on weddings...

1. Why do people cut wedding cake when everyone knows is a fake cake and no one gets to eat it?
2. Why do banquet still serve so many dishes when most can't finish all?
3. Why do all pranks on groomsmen involves wasabi at some point?
4. Why do they decorate the dish when all they do is bring to 1 side, distribute it to individual portion and no one gets to see the actual dish except the waiters themselves (dependent on restaurant/hotel)
5. Why must there be 2 march in? can't they just settle everything in 1?
6. The bride n groom will not know 50% of the guest
7. Are they trying to promote drink and drive?
8. The ones shouting "yum sheng" are usually the friends... not families...
9. Do they really have to clear the plate after every course? i know is gd services but talk about wasting water.....
10. It seems more like a networking event than celebrating the joyous occasion...

I forget to whip out the camera for the appetisers, but if you must know, I had seared scallops and Ebonne had Green Pea soup with egg custard in it. Sounds weird? but it taste quite good.

Now that the internet has become so essential to pple's life, various kind of applications has popup to compliment pple's life or entertainment purpose. is amazing to see the different kind of sites popping up and the things they offer but this..... i really dunno what it does. no entertainment purposes, no social purposes, no commercial purposes...

i haven't blog for so long i dun even know where to start from.

life has been good so far.... starting to convert to my poly/uni days lifestyle except that i don't have to go to school. No need to squeeze in the morning peak hr train, no need to fight the lunch time war in cbd, no need to squeeze in the evening peak hr train. Watch tv in the morning until i'm actually sober and hungry enough to get my ass up...... u know.

So much things has happened this past 2-3 months. some good, some bad, some.... again dunno where to start from. Alot of things are in my mind now. my mind is being segregated into my different stuff and they are all busy fighting for my attention that i can't really concentrate on a single thing n i keep missing out on the finer details of stuff. i need help

truth be told, as confident as i'm, there are quite a few moments where i doubt myself and this whole plan and i dun like that feeling.

i need to find a proper way to translate my thoughts into words which clearly i'm having alot of difficulties now.

okok, i'm just trying to link this topic to christmas. ANYWAY

First, let moi tell you what's a glazier.
A glacier is a large, slow-moving mass of ice, formed from compacted layers of snow, that slowly deforms and flows in response to gravity and high pressure (source: wikipedia)
i'm sure everyone knows abt the global-warming thing and that they are melting, causing sea level to rise.
let me share this 2 interesting fact with you:

1. If all the ice in greenland were to melt, the sea level will rise by 23 feet.

ok the 2nd one is the really ironic and interesting. not sure how true it is since its coming from wikipedia.

2. Now, in SOME cases, the amount that melts in the summer is significantly more than the expansion in the winter. And that is the anecdotal evidence that global warming alarmists hype. But it is just anecdotal. Statistically, there are just as many glaciers which are expanding more than they are melting. You never hear about them because the media is helping the alarmists make this into a much bigger story than it really is.

so who should i believe?! Environmentalist and evil medias? or this uncredited john doe?

in any case, i do believe that everyone does have a part in maintaining our environment and make it a better place for our next generation.
